This is the basis of one\u2019s worldview.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div style=\"text-align: left;\">Worldview matters, and it\u2019s a big part of helping us make decisions in the coming elections. Ken Ham, founder of Answers in Genesis, recently stated that we need to \u201cbe salt and light\u2026casting your (our) vote for those who will allow Christians to have as much religious freedom as possible so we can present biblical truths.\u201d<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-258e66b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"258e66b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bobgillespie.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/IMG_4929.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-1009\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bobgillespie.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/IMG_4929-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bobgillespie.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/IMG_4929-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.bobgillespie.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/IMG_4929-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.bobgillespie.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/IMG_4929-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Lois and I had the opportunity to hold a conference for a group of small churches near Salt Lake City in Utah.\u00a0It happened to be the month of our 40<sup>th<\/sup>wedding anniversary, so we took time to visit the Grand Canyon (and Bryce and Zion Canyons).\u00a0We met up with Jon Albert, a guide from\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/canyonministries.org\/\">Canyon Ministries<\/a>, who not only pointed out things we might not have noticed otherwise, but gave us the backstory to people and landmarks there on the South Rim. He answered our questions as well as questions from others who just happened to be listening, always giving a clear reasonable testimony to the truth of the worldwide flood found in God\u2019s Word. Best of all was when we took time out (several times throughout the day) to sit and listen as Jon read Psalms\u00a0104 and other passages attesting to the truth of what we were seeing. The day was one of the most worshipful experiences we have had in a long time.
